It's difficult to register a new pattern of thought if there are no soft goals to follow.
Soft goals are the baby steps to the hard goal. The soft goal is what gets the motor running to create flow.

The first conscious choice of recognition, "I need change" is actually as soft goal because it is the beginning of the new paradigm of self-talk. You have chosen consciously the need for change. A big decision in thought starts the motor for the soft goal approach... More soft goals,
Deciding everyday to wake up to affirmations on your mirror.
Mirror exercises every morning for forty days in a row.... Speaking positive affirmations in relationship to your new visualized goals.
Creating a visual board is a soft goal. Creating pictures of your anticipated life.
Sitting still for ten minutes a day and allowing your mind to rest is another soft goal.
All the soft goals bring you closer to the main hard goal.
Soft goals are the journeys' apprenticeship to the hard goal.
Practicing living in Only thoughts that serve the positive outcome you are striving for is a soft goal.
Soft goals are the tipping point like testing the water with your big toe for temperature. As you get used to it, you enter into it more deeply.
As we get a feel for these soft goals....we create the life we imagine.
